Pre-HCR Inspection

The Pre-HCR Inspection provides you with a brief report identifying faults that will be highlighted within the full Home Condition Report . Allowing you to put any identified defects right prior to the commissioning of the HCR.

- If you decide to continue with the sale of your home and you have commissioned us to complete your Home Condition Report, we will refund 30% of the cost of the Pre-HCR Inspection.

This is particularly useful to sellers prior to marketing their property to identify any remedial work and have the opportunity to rectify defects. The property can then be marketed with a full HCR which raises no concerns for the potential buyers. Any guarantees or invoices for building work can be incorporated in the HIP .
